Calming Breathwork

Calming breathwork is not just about learning how to calm ourselves in the moment it is about changing our physiology in a way that there are less moments that need calming.
This powerful breathwork is much more than breathing into the belly, it is the optimal way we should be breathing each and every moment, each and every day to calm our nervous system, manage stress and for optimal health and wellness.
The research shows with continued practice physiological changes take place which demonstrates this powerful breathwork can’t NOT work! The key is to experience and fine-tune how it feels in your body when your breath is coordinated, smooth, and stabilized.
Calming Breathwork is also an invaluable tool to the processing and integration of the emotional release that can be experienced between Clearing Breathwork classes.
What You Can Expect:
Everyone has a slightly different breath pattern that is unique to them. With our proven tools and techniques you will discover and strengthen your ideal breath pattern to take control and eliminate the toll and pressures that may be presenting in your life. The carry over effect of continued practice will shift your breathing “set point” and find yourself feeling (and others noticing) you lead with a new sense of ease in your daily life.

Emotional Freedom Techniques, often referred to as EFT or Tapping is a research-based therapy that uses a combination of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern-day energy psychology that assists in easing physical symptoms or releasing the intensity of an emotional upset or worry you may be experiencing.
What you can expect:
In this interactive class you will gain an understanding of EFT and how to apply tapping in your life. Then we will experience tapping while addressing the challenges and worries you may be experiencing in the moment.
After several rounds of Tapping you’ll feel a welcome sense of ease and calm. Subsequently, you’ll find the intensity of the emotional upset either significantly reduced if not completely released.
Tools for home:
You will leave class with the knowledge and tools to utilize Tapping at any moment. You will have a sense of confidence in applying tapping to manage your daily stressors and an understanding of how to use the discrete tapping tools to access relief anywhere at any time. We will also encourage you to share these stress busting tools with all family members including your fur babies!
The research continues to show the application of Tapping in moments of uncertainty is a powerful tool for managing stress while leaving everyone feeling empowered, confident and ready to take on the day!

It is suggested you do not eat anything for one hour or more before your workshop.
Covid Precautions: Studio surfaces are disinfected between classes. We do not recommend wearing a mask during breathwork. If you’re not comfortable not wearing a mask we suggest you attend a class at a later date.
